Over the last 10 years, I have been a student, grad student, alumnus, and employee of OSU. I'm originally from the Tiffin, Ohio area and according to my parents have been a Buckeye since I was about five.
My current status is hoping to relocate to northeast Ohio as my fiancee lives and works in the Akron/Cleveland area. The relocation will hopefully be for only a year as I have plans to start work on my PhD in higher education in the Autumn of 2005.

28 years old here, From Milford Ohio Originally and then made the Move to Columbus for OSU and never left. Graduated From OSU in 99 with a degree in Poly Sci. Currently manage a resturant with the goal of going back and getting My Masters within the next year.

30 years old, live and breathe the Buckeyes. Grew up in Springfield, then relocated to Columbus after graduating from college in Mount Vernon. (would have attended OSU, but it was too big for my tastes at the time). However, the OSU ties do run in the family as my sister graduated from the Vet School of OSU (funny story, she used to hate OSU when she attended MSU, but now she definitely has Buckeye Fever). I have followed the Buckeyes for as long as a I can remember (probably mid 80s was when I really started getting into them). Football season ticket holder now. Love to talk Buckeyes with anyone!
Work for Nationwide (Dublin, not Downtown) in an IT Specialist role. Married, have my MBA from Franklin University.
Anxiously awaiting on NCAA 2005...

Introducing Luckobucko
Hello Buckeye Planet - I'm a not-so-frequent poster from Ozone and Bucknuts and new to this site. I was born a buckeye in St. Ann's Hospital and grew up in Bexley, a 3rd generation Bexleyite. I'm from a big family and one of my earliest memories is of fall Saturday mornings - my parents would play our record of "Buckeye Battle Cry" and my siblings and I would march around the house banging pots and pans together as an ad hoc TBIDBITL.
I was always athletic and played football and wrestling in HS - my senior year I played MLB and OG (defense was my first love, but playing on the line ended up helping me with my reads) and only left the field for kickoff and punt returns. Bexley was pretty bad in football my junior and senior years and I felt like I could achieve more, so I decided to go to Mount Union for college. My freshman year at Mount was the year after they won their first national title - football is open enrollment there and we started off with over 80 freshman. Back then they played a 4-4, and there were 16 middle linebackers. I did get to play in the JV games and those were an absolute blast.
Anyway, I spent two years at Mount and it would be fair to say that I had too much fun. I decided I needed to get serious about school so I moved back home and commuted to OSU. That was probably one of the best decisions of my life - I will always cherish my memories of OSU. I never went on Spring Break - I took road trips for bowl games. Three years in a row I went to Bowl games - the Rose Bowl and two Sugar Bowls, all of which are terrific stories but I won't recount here. I got my degree in ChE 4 years ago - I'm now married and live in Tampa.

Checking in from Troy, Ohio.
Both parents and sib are all Cols. natives and OSU grads. Dad was a Big 10 Track and Field Champion. I attended OSU same years as Archie. What a ride that was! My kids are 4th generation OSUFB fans. Thanks to all involved making this a great site. GO BUCKS!

Born & Raised in Coshocton, 44 years old, now live in Chicago. Very good buddy of Tomwal's, we went to the NC game together along with many others in the the past. He just recently turned me on to "The Planet"
A great story, After the Michigan game (Harbaugh silencing the crowd), my good buddy Tomwal and I got, well needless to say, we consumed many many cold beverages. After a lengthy nap, we woke up at his house around 2:00 in the morning and decided that we had to go to the 'Shoe to see if we could make that damn field goal to win the game, we snuck through the chain link fence and tried for at least an hour to make it, hell it was a chip shot. We gacked and couldn't even get close. Damn alcohol!

First of all, I like how you can see where everyone is from in the forums.
Anyway, here I go:
Two of my first ten words (true, from my baby book) were touchdown and football. Needless to say, my parents were still in school at Ohio State when they had me. Everyone in my family went there. Wife, sister, parents, cousins, aunts, brothers-in-law, etc. You know the story.
After a not particularly above average buckeye fever for my teens, I went through the OSU student revival process. Die hard. Grew up in Worthington, btw - born at Riverside.
I was in school for 6 years before my soon to be wife convinced me to let go (I couldn't even get loans anymore because I had completed too many credit hours).
So my wife and I eloped to Barcelona, Spain and moved immediately to Boston. That is where the plane left from, I guess. We knew nobody and had no jobs and a tiny apartment and got to know each other REALLY quickly - we had only been dating a few months.
Dug Boston, left it, went to law school in NYC, graduated two weeks ago, and now live in Alphabet City, or the Lower East Side, or East Village, depending on your pleasure. (we are kinda on the border, and Alphabet City isn't said much now as it was the crime-ridden area of Manhattan).
Um, yeah. That's me. Oh - and there is a good Buckeye contingent here. I have had three friends from Cbus move here and there are Buckeye-only bars and everything. Woooooo.
Edit/addition: So, on where I live now, in Alphabet City, the neighboring and impeding East Village wisdom goes like this:
Avenue A, you're Alright.
Avenue B, you're Brave.
Avenue C, you're Crazy.
Avenue D, you're Dead.
I live between C and D, awh ha ha ha ha ha
