Lol. You're farce. Ohio is paradise to me. You should visit Hocking County, countryside near Cleveland, around Findlay, Wooster, some parts near Cincy, and some more. We even have Winter Wonderland and Brilliant Autumn. You don't. We have richest soil in America like Kentucky and CA hills. I have visited forest in deep south. They look too bristle. Too many pines that look all the same.

I think I accidently did this in a different thread but I'm an LSU student, just transferred from U of Toledo (Geaux Rockets in 2009 ) Lived there in Toledo the last 4 years of my life and will actually be headed back to Toledo to spend winter break with the family. Extremely pumped to trash-talk with the my (too) many OSU fans up there.
And on another note, that WR you guys got, Dane Sanzenbaucher is a stud. He's not the biggest or fastest, but he is a playmaker. I remember him leading Central Catholic to the Div II State Title a couple years ago but haven't heard much of him since other than that he is at OSU now. Oh and too bad about not getting Fred Davis either!  |

Yeah, at LSU I knew a guy from Ohio, and he had nothing but good things to say about the state. And yes, it would be nice to have snow and changing of the leaves like they have in the Appalachians. As for the pine tree thing, that reminds me of the University of Alabama's campus. It is covered with pine trees. It was actually very nice. Unfortunately, we're not big on pine trees here. We are more into oak trees, palm trees, magnolias, and cypress. For example, LSU's campus is lined with nearly 1,200 live oak trees, the same trees make up the oak alleys at the plantations down here, the same trees that line St. Charles and Esplanade and make them so famous. As for myself, I probably like the palm trees the best, it gives that California-in-the-deep-South feel. They are becoming more and more common in Baton Rouge, and in New Orleans they line some of our more famous streets.
