We might have never beat Michigan under Cooper but we had an Offense. It did not depend on a superstar freshman either. Maybe JT is not all that we think he is, and maybe Troy Smith is not that wrong either. Go BUcks.

Running game did produce zip, except when Pittman had 2 consecutive carries for 12 yards to get us inside the 10 and a 1st in goal. Its about time JT fesses up that he really doesnt know much about offensive play calling because when you go 5 wide inside the 5 with literally no room for the receivers to run routes, then you are just asking for trouble. How about a freaking run, it worked the previous 2 plays, why not again. |

Well you win some and you lose some. I hate these stupid night games. Wasn't Wiskey a night game last year?
The Defense looked worst than the offense this week. You give up 27 points and you should lose. Synder was clearly out coached. The NW offense was alway one ahead of the defense tonight.
The Lone bright spot is that Pittman looked good. Now if Pittman can learn to pass block I'm sure he will get lots of playing time.

i dont [censored]ing mind losing.....but to northwestern???? thats gonna [censored]ing [censored] me off for a week.
and then next week i get to listen to how wisconsin is going to end the home streak, and how iowa will get over the hump the week after that.

i dont know if it was snyder or danimal.......but did anyone notice that danimal did nothing....and was out of position a horrible amount of the time.....

How many times did they have 3 and 10 and they throw it for 20 yards...Crossing routes in the middle with Mike D'Andrea only in the area...No pressure on the defense. Did we even record a sack? Boy are we missing Dantonio, I expected Snyder to make adjustments especially for all the third down conversations...But hey we can bitch and moan it's still not going to change anything now. Losses can be good for teams sometimes, hopefully it lights a fire under them because I'm sick of what I have been seeing.

I also noticed that, what I didnt understand is why we were consistently still in a 3-4 and a 4-3 most of the game when they were able to pass on us, shouldnt we have gone to more of a nickel or even a dime defense. If im Snyder , I make the defense work on fundamentals this week, tackling, pursuit, keeping containment, catching a freaking interception that hits you directly in both hands. |
