At first I was a little shocked. Then I wondered what
effect this will have on signing day. I just don't know.
What do you guys think?

At first I was a little shocked also but then I read the article on BN and it doesn't bother me except for it being right before NLOID. I think that it is a good move for him and I was stunned to see that Lovie was on tOSU staff. I didn't know that, it just makes me wonder how many coaches out there have made a stop in Columbus and how long and what positions.

There are a ton of coaches around that have been on OSU staffs.

I was very surprised by this. Ultimately, I don't know that it will hurt the team from a coaching standpoint, but I do think it might hurt from a recruiting standpoint as I think he was a good recruiter. But the NFL is the best of the best and if you get that opportunity, you have to go for it.

We are now looking for apparently two offensive coaches. Which could ultimately be a good thing, since the offense was a little stagnant this year and could use some fresh ideas. Will be very interesting to see who is brought in for these two positions.
