I thought I read somewhere that the Big Ten Network has exclusive rights to the game and since there where going to be 8 or 9 other Big Ten Spring Game / Practices on the same day, they decided not to brodcast any of them live...but no other Network was going to be allowed to do so either. (I think that's what I read ) 11 p.m. delay-play, then Sunday replay on the BTN.

Big Ten Network's Spring Football Showcase on April 19 will include Ohio State's game
Ohio State's spring football game at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 will be part of a 3 1/2-hour Spring Football Showcase on the Big Ten Network.
The show will feature BTN's Dave Revsine, Gerry DiNardo and Howard Griffith hosting from Chicago and doing live look-ins from that afternoon's eight spring games in the Big Ten: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue and Wisconsin.
Also, Big Ten Network will have a live web stream of each team's game.
Michigan, Minnesota and Northwestern will conduct their spring games on different dates, and the Big Ten Network also will be on-hand to cover those events. Due to stadium renovations, Michigan's spring game will be held on Saturday, April 12, at Saline High School, near Ann Arbor. Highlights and interviews from the game will appear on that evening's Big Ten Tonight as well as on BigTenNetwork.com.
Minnesota's game is at 8 p.m. EDT on Friday, April 25. Northwestern is at 1 p.m. EDT on Saturday, April 26.
The entire Ohio State spring game will also be shown on BTN on a delay basis. The game broadcast will air at 11 p.m. that Saturday and again at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 20.

Fans who want to watch their team's spring game without interruption can log onto to BigTenNetwork.com for a live web stream. The service will be provided free of charge by the Big Ten Network in conjunction with PlayON! Sports. Big Ten Network worked with PlayON! Sports last winter to stream 10 men's basketball games on BigTenNetwork.com.

You do have this option available. The Big Ten Network still sucks though.

If worst comes to worst, for the people who can't see the game and want updates, I have a twitter account and can text a few messages here and there.
