Yep I was in attendance, but actually sitting on my coach watching the Cavs, Reds, and Buckeyes...
Because I had bought a ticket, but the rain and lack of someone coming down from Cleveland because of the rain stopped me from going...
Just sucks because we have had great weather the past couple days...

DOUG LESMERISES
Plain Dealer Reporter
COLUMBUS - All the bragging at Wednesday's Ohio State team draft held up, with the Scarlet squad backing up its talent edge on paper with a 20-7 victory Saturday in the Scarlet and Gray game as the Buckeyes finished football spring practice.
Here are final nuggets, thoughts and observations from spring and the spring game, with 133 days remaining until the start of the season and 147 until that trip to Southern Cal.

Just returned from the spring game. The rain reminded me of the Michigan last fall but missing one running back in Beanie. I think Boom did a nice job at that position and look forward to more of him in the game. TB threw two INTS but had a pretty good day with 12 out of 18 and about 150 yards. I saw Stoney catch a nice pass on a slant for about 30 yards. He's going to be good.
Henton and Bauserman were a little off but did connect with TWash on a long pass and then again later but it was called back. Dane caught a couple of passes and missed connecting on a couple more that were thrown to high and out of bounds.
Pettrey kicked a 48 yards FG - nice
At the end a fake punt almost turned into a completed pass by Brandon Saine to Nicol - thrown too high. I didn't know Zoom could throw the ball.
All-in-all it was a relief to see the Buckeyes on the field and get a glimpse of the future. The future looks bright even though my shades stayed in my pocket on this cloudy/rainy day.

I'll watch it a couple more times to be sure but my initial reaction was all positive except for the Hines injury and TB.
Boeckman did look a little better in the short passing game but the INT's, poor pocket presence, underthrows and happy feet were all still on display.
Its all been hashed and rehashed about TB, I was really hoping to see a big improvement, and may still, but I doubt it after today.

Okay, I have tried the search thread and come up empty-handed. Will the game be televised on STO or Fox Sports OH this weekend?

Ken Gordon breaks down the spring game
Saturday, April 19, 2008 8:41 PM
By Ken Gordon
THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH
Perched in the press box atop Ohio Stadium, Dispatch beat reporter Ken Gordon offers up some quick thoughts on the spring game:
What we learned
That Joe Bauserman is a real live quarterback and not just a novelty ex-pitcher. Terrelle Pryor might end up playing some this fall, but he will only be asked to master a special package of plays. In case something happens to Todd Boeckman, the Buckeyes will need a No.2 quarterback who can run the entire offense, and based on this day, Bauserman deserves the nod over Antonio Henton.
What we still don't know
Exactly what the offense will look like this fall. The formations and play calls were significantly different than what the team showed in the jersey scrimmage last weekend. Then, tailback Brandon Saine played a key role, with 15 carries or catches. Yesterday, he ran four times and had no catches. The hunch here is that yesterday was not a good indicator of things to come, but rather a day to look at guys who won't play much this fall.
