BN$--Whiting Makes Official Visit - Ready To Compete For Starting Job
Jordan loved his official but says it was mostly for his parents. He was hosted by Storm Klein and says he is not coming to Columbus to redshirt. |

I like his attitude there. With an attiude like that, he will play, even if it's "just" special teams. I wouldn't want that missle coming at me.

With JT's history of breaking in true frosh LBs on kick coverage teams, Jordan's chances of seeing PT this season are pretty good...

The chatter on Jordan has been relatively low because he committed some time in the late 90's, but I am very, very excited about him. I'm not an expert on projecting kids to specific positions, but I've got to believe that his experience wrestling heavyweights will just make him a sick SAM in the future. I'd love to see him near the line in run situations with hands skills (from wrestling) and strength...

I think people forget about Jordan because he committed so early. He brings everything you need to be a standout LB. With his wrestling background and physical skills, he could be an outstanding LB at tOSU. He should be able to use his hands to keep linemen off of him and he has enough athleticism to seek and destroy ball carriers, and he has been well schooled in HS so the coaches should not have to break any bad habits, he very well could become the next underheralded LB to be a star at tOSU.

Hopefully he gets the chance to "say Hello" to his former Male HS teammate Justin Green in Illinois' backfield...

Jordan is at Trinity...mahalo.

I think Mili may have been referring to my faux pas, I posted without thinking, then stepped away from the PC and forgot that Green was at Male and Whiting at Trinity. When I got back and looked at my post, I saw my mistake and generically fixed it, but too late to have not been caught with my ineptitude
Thank goodness, the Buckeye bus is big enough to allow fools and drunks to love the Bucks just like the elites ![]() |
