yeah, because it's always harder to beat a team that hasn't had a winning season in five years and has a freshman QB running the show on the road than it is to beat a senior heavy BCS bound top ten team at home...
don't try to kid yourself. 2002 WSU > 2007 UW by a VERY wide margin.
