Certainly depends on this week I would think!
We might see them in Happy Valley this week? I know there is a big USC - Oregon game (I think) but I have a hard time thinking ESPN resists a white out vs the #1 team! We'll see. Might have already been decided on or against I'm just not paying attention. |

I hope they have it for the Illinois game

It won't necessarily be Arizona St. v. Oregon. Especially if they both lose this week. I mean, it's certainly possible. Both are playing fairly good ranked teams. If they both lose, we might have a chance, especially if one loses and falls out of the polls.
After them, the competition would be LSU v. Alabama. Both have byes this week, so they will be ranked the same going into it on the 3rd. I really hope they come. I would love to be a part of that. |

If Texas A&M beats Kansas next week, they'll take a lot of momentum into their showdown with Oklahoma, which would probably decide the Big 12 South. So don't forget about that game. All those other games - ASU/Oregon, LSU/'Bama, A&M/OU - will likely help to decide a conference championship. OSU/Wisconsin is just a stepping-stone game for the Buckeyes, so I wouldn't bet on GameDay being in Columbus for it.

I've been to Gameday, just not in Columbus. I would imagine that it would be pretty nuts here -- in Gainesville last year, I thought that it was kind of lame. No really good signs and the crowd wasn't that into it. Mostly, it was a bunch of people standing around and waiting for the camera to focus on them.
Unfortunately, we just don't have any must-see home games left. If Illinois had won against TSUN, then maybe they'd have been there. Now I'd say that the best shot would be in Ann Arbor. |

I think the only way the Ohio State football team gets Gameday is if Ohio State is 7-0 in the Big Ten, visiting 7-0 Michigan. Maybe Michigan can be 6-1, and still have Gameday. Of course, that's not in Columbus, as your question asks. |

We will not see Gameday here again unitl USC in 2009

Frankly, no Gameday isn't that big of a deal this year. We made up for it last year, when they came to Columbus twice and covered four matchups with the Bucks (Texas, Iowa, PSU, and scUM).

Depending on how scUM will be next year we could see the crew for that game.

Why?
