Did everything I normally do...the only thing is that I've been pulling a Hawk/Carpenter/Schlegel thing and letting my hair grow until the NC game. Well, I'm sporting the Yul Brenner look right now...

I had the wrong avatar! It's been fixed to something more appropriate!

I didn't get to a single game this year, for the 1st time since I graduated. Also, the pole with my Ohio State flag broke this past week.

I didn't realize it at the time, but a few weeks back, I stepped on my Buckeye necklace and crushed one of the nuts. My dad has a few buckeye trees, so I was in no rush to replace it as long as it happened before the game w/scUM. He came to my house yesterday, didn't bring the replacement Buckeye (I didn't remind him), and only watched the 2nd half of the game with me. My necklace usually has 12 Buckeyes on it. Apparently, I stepped on the Illinois game.
I also wore my Stormin' Brutus t shirt under my jersey, instead of my OSU athletic dept shirt AND didn't eat pizza or nachos.
I'm sorry that I let everyone down.

Actually, I blame it on the blond babe standing behind me.
Before the first snap she was playing with her Buckeye bead necklace, while jawing on her cell phone in Valley Girl speak.
The beads broke. I (and others) offered to get the beads & Buckeyes restrung - she refused - saying that they're just silly beads anyway, and she could buy more. She then casually kicked the Buckeyes, beads and leather string under the seats - never to be joined as one again.
