I've had fanciful thoughts about Colin choking on the Pac-10 cock that he sucks after the Bucks win a game. But then I remember that he's a hack. He, being part of the media, spins [censored] so as to keep a paycheck coming. He'll never admit squat except that he's the greatest CFB mind out there.

They go back 2+ years to attack the season's defense? Obviously, the team is doing something right. 
Beyond the fact that 2+ year old results are irrelevant, OSU gave up 25 (23 by the offense) to UT. No other opponent held them below 40. PSU mustered all of 17 points, with one of those touchdowns coming off of superb field position (inside the 5 maybe?). Yep, the 2005 OSU defense was awful. 
Brutalized in Tempe Glendale (Thanks, BB73!). No doubt. Ugly game. Defense was shredded.
Illinois scored 28 points (*cough* 21 *cough*). Bad game for the defense, but it was 28 points. OSU wasn't blown out of the water, they got beat. And that's the only game in which OSU has allowed more than 17 points. You want to rip OSU's defense, go right ahead, but keep this in mind:
The vaunted LSU defense gave up 34 to Alabama. Alabama! The same 'Bama that lost to ULM! LSU has given up 17+ 6 times (all in the last seven weeks). Missouri has given up 28 or more points 5 times this season. And 24+ 3 additional times. WV has given up 17+ 6 times. OU has given up 17 or more 7 times (all in the last 9 weeks).
What a preposterous argument. I'm glad I don't get worked up over this stuff. It just isn't worth it.
