cool, I love being wrong. I guess it's a good thing then b/c that gives me more wardrobe options in New Orleans ( I have more scarlet jersey's in the closet anyway).

Ya I am going with the "Little Animal" on this one too. Although I wore it for last year's NC game, I am not very worried.

LSU will wear its traditional white jerseys when the Tigers line up against Ohio State in the BCS National Championship Game on Jan. 7 in New Orleans, LSU equipment manager Greg Stringfellow confirmed on Tuesday.
As the higher-ranked team, Ohio State got first choice in selecting its jersey color for the national championship contest and the Buckeyes opted for their home color of scarlet, Stringfellow said. The Buckeyes will wear gray pants.
With Ohio State picking the dark jersey color, the Tigers will now get to wear their traditional ?home? white jerseys for the contest.
I personally was hoping for whites just to keep LSU out of their comfort zone of white jerseys. However, the scarlet just may send the message that we are not really concerned with what jersey they are wearing.

The purples bothers the fans more than the players.

When I played, maybe its just me, but I felt better wearing my home jersey. Something about wearing our dumb away jerseys, i dunno. I am still buying a white buckeye jersey for the game. |
