Cool...another surprise and it's nice to further enrichen the Glenville pipeline. Also, thank God for coaches like Ted Ginn Sr. that make the most of their players off the field and not just on it. Most all of the young men from Glenville are always good people and well spoken. Welcome aboard Jermil 
Edit: Just watched his film and was impressed. He is a good athlete but I was mostly impressed with his desire. You can tell Jermil has a love for the game and just plays really hard. You can tell he just has the will to win and I really like this pickup.
