Eating a steak in NOLA would be like asking Jenna Jameson for a hand job.

I think our teams and fan bases have a lot in common and besides the good ole SEC/B10 hating, we have a lot of respect for eachothers programs. ![]() |

21-23 and wanting to party. Bourbon St. on Friday night will be packed, lots of Tigers lots of Buckeyes. Saturday night after the game their is an allnight place called Ampersands. It's techno music, but the women are like whoah. Don't worry the whole city is truly a party place. There is a bar on every corner.

TAILGATING NEW ORLEANS
I am not sure if any of you have ever been to the dome, but N.O is generally not the best tailgating spot. I have had Saints season tickets a few times and the tailgating was almost non existent. There are a couple of parking lots near the dome that might be suitable, but if you are going to have a large group with you, then you might want to plan ahead. Come to think of it those parking areas that are not attached to the dome will probably be filled during the day with people who work in the area. As for as the fans go you will get called tigerbait a few times and you may find a jackass here and there but for the most part everyone will be pretty courteous.

We were down in NO LA in October and found one of the good local spots to eat in the French Qtr. It is called the Coffee Pot and is about two doors away from Pat O'Briens on St Peter Street. The Jambalaya and Seafood Gumbo were outstanding.
