Also gave props to USC, saying their "best" is the best in CFB, and that they aren't worried about what USC will do on the field, but how Ohio State's "best" will affect USC. Cowherd mentioned USC was 2-3 touchdowns better than their average when they are on national television, versus on locally covered games, where they look mediocre.
