Good Luck
Haven't visited the site in a while and haven't posted in even longer. Just wanted to stop by and wish you guys luck against LSU. Hopefully OSU will be able to pull out a win against LSU and prove that the "SEC Speed" is just a myth.

Thanks!
You would think a win by the Bucks would help dispel this rediculous misnomer but I have a feeling that it may not matter. I think it's going to take even more than this bowl season to change the national media's perception.
When you consider the U of M win and the struggle UT had in it's victory over Wiscy, a Buckeye win should send a clear message.

One thing is without a win from us the uM/uF game was a fluke and the big ten will be in a bigger mess.

That was not a struggle by UT, that is UT football. I have seen Fulmer sit on a 3 point lead for 2 quarters. In all of Florida's losses this year the lack of traditional running game showed. Remember LSU is not Florida, different teams and LSU does have a power running game to call on if necessary.

"Welcome to Death Valley", most schools wouldn't even put up such a name. Others would just say, "Death Valley" and leave it at that. But not LSU. Here, it's "Welcome to Death Valley." That's beautiful. It's like descending into Hell and finding a sign that reads, "Satan Invites You to Enjoy Eternal Damnation."

UT football is getting outplayed the entire game and only winning because the opposing coach is a douche? Interesting.....

I really really really really really hope LSU tries to run over Ohio State.

I would say Florida's problem this year was defense. Look at their results this year. If they don't score 30, they lose. In the game against UM, 30 wasn't even enough. They had to outrun/outscore people.

Exactly
Florida had one of the best offenses in the nation; arguably the best.
Their defense was 31 flavors of puke, especially against the pass. They actually covered better against scUM than they did much of the year, but scUM's receivers (and sometimes Henne) played very well.
If UF can get significant improvement in the defensive backfield, they will be very dangerous next year; and a definite threat to go for the title in Miami.
