No, wait, my bad. We don't run either one of those plays.
So, I wonder how much his tendency to overpursue will hurt him against the Buckeye offense???

Malaluga should match up well with a team like the Buckeyes that runs a pro-style power offense. When he gets moving in the right direction its scary. he really struggles against teams like Oregon who run alot of misdirection with the spread. He was able to exploit illinois becuase their spread doesn't throw that same wrinkle Oregon does
Beanie and Rey going straight at each other all day wil be some serious power and hard hitting action. Can't wait

I've been waiting to play SC for a while. Being that we haven't been to the Grandaddy since ESPN has hailed them as god, it should be fun.
Kill them.

Wow. Yeah, that's justified...
By the way, you spelled "then" wrong. I'm just saying...
Anyways, I actually feel pretty good about this game. A lot of people will point to the Trojans thrashing a team that beat the Buckeyes last year, but the transitive property doesn't work in football - especially through an off-season. The single biggest key to this game is our QB's ability to handle pressure. Boeckman couldn't do it at the end of the season or in the NC Game, so hopefully the coaches figure out some screens, slants, and draw plays to keep a defense honest. As we all saw at the beginning of last year, if TB can have time, he dangerous on deep balls. When he gets rushed, he's average at best.

Good point. I guess I wanted to see an offensive gameplan that helped neutralize the rush. I don't think we made enough adjustments at the end of the year as teams blitzed more.

When any QB is under a lot of pressure and duress in the pocket they are usually average at best.

Okay fine. Since my point seems to be missed in the precise translation of my choice of words, I'll form my opinion in two simple yes/no questions:
1. Are you pleased with how TB handled blitzes?
2. Do you think the offensive gameplan neutralized pressure effectively?
