I would guess an honest weight of 225-230. I have seen him in person, and he is good size. He's a great blend of a lot of things(not just weight). Moving him up in weight probably won't help him as much as just improving more so overall on everything else(like i'm betting he will)...

I think animal' is taller than beanie though.. but you're right I'd have money on Beanie weighing more. James to me looked around 235-240 last year
How is USC's crowd? are they known to get loud or....

yup it is definatly a big time game... I guess I should've known about USC's fan base noise by the fact we only got like 1-2 USC fans here... 2-3 years ago at this time before we faced off against Texas in the shoe' I bet we had 100 pages already.... The texas fan base was awesome! Probably had 10-15 regular daily posters, and while Xrayrandy was annoying as hell it was fun arguing on good terms with them. Sure made time go by faster! I dunno bout you but this off season so far is CRAWLING it seems this year and i believe its because we don't have those USC posters over here. This game is bigger than the Texas series IMO, but the hype won't be nearly as great because of the lack of USC posters here.
My point of view of USC, is that many/most of their fans are bandwaggon fans.

Big, but not as big as Herbie would make it seem!

lol I don't listen to herbie anymore..... Ever since herbie said we're as good as a MAC team after the LSU game I've kinda just tuned him out. For once it seems Lee, and Chris knew that OSU' was good enough but the errors/execution was a problem.
If we don't come out and punch USC in the mouth there's something wrong here.... I'm going to base this game on wether we need coaching changes or not (not tressel, but O-coordinator/D-coordinator). Because if we come out and get pushed around on defense/offense with what we have returning forget about it its ALL coaching. Next year with what we have, a NC is what should be expected and anything else would be to me a failed mission.
Sure I'd be happy with a big ten championship, and a rose bowl visit if it came to it. However, LOOK at the talent we have coming back... No one has what we have coming back. Sure, Georgia/Florida have talent coming back but not 20 total starters not to mention all our backups as well. With Beanie full go and with an oline being together for almost 3 years now we should be able to do what we want on offense. As for the defense, we should be the best in the nation obviously. We got the best Corner, the best Middle Linebacker, and 1 of the top 3 OLB's in college football. This defense should be able to stand up to any of the top offensive teams in the league.

favorite?
My question is, with the people that USC lost this year, even though it will be in the colliseum, what people think the opening line will be. The buckeyes will have to be favored, IMO, and if they are not, it will be a symptom of the anti-Buckeye sentiment nationally being perhaps our biggest difficulty in returning to the MNC game, as I can't see us losing any, but no more than one game this year. There's no doubt we will be overlooked in the event that we are not undefeated, unless it's Oklahoma that we are competing for a spot against. Sorry, there's a lot in there i suppose, but talent will not be an issue next year, as coaching, and game breaks will be the difference between another NC or dissapointment.
