I'm a buckeye fan because of my father so I think it'll be the same for my kids whenever I have them... Wow could you imagine being a huge buckeye fan and having your kid go to OSU? It'd be such an honor to be part of the program somehow!

Ask Chris Speilman! When his recruiting started his mom and dad assured him that they will back 100% in his college choice.
On his signing day he scheduled to announce at the Moose Lodge in Massilon. Bo Schembechler was there but Earle Bruce was unable to make it. Many other D1 school's coaches from PAC-10, Big Ten and more were there. Bo took Chris to the side and they talked. Chris had built a great relationship with Bo and the Michigan staff. The time came and Chris' dad took him to the back room and said "What's it gonna be? People are waiting on you!". Chris said he knew it would be easier because Coach Bruce wasn't there and Bo was. So he old his dad. "I'm going to Michigan!" Without hesitation his dad looked at him and said, "Now listen here you little f&*kin traitor, you're going go out there and tell the people that your a Buckeye and that's it! Now get out there."
So much for 100%.
True story!
This would be a hard position but I really don't think I would ever be able to deal with my kid playing for Michigan.

lol wel I mean I'm only 22 so you know... I'm just sayin down the road what I woudl do though. I mean If I hook up with a tall fast chick I'm set because I'm short but strong (short arms/legs=bad ass in the weight room). So if my wife is tall/fast then I mean I can't go wrong with gettin my kid a D-1 offer.... the kid would be tall, fast, athletic, and strong what more could you want?
Now the problem is being able to find a 6'2" fast running beautiful blonde? Maybe germany or something?

I'd have to support my children no matter what if it deals with their education.
However, I would hope I have raised them well enough over the years to know the difference between what is acceptable in life and what is simply not tolerated.
I simply just don't think my kids would ever put me in such a predicament, I really have raised them better than that.
