Lastly, I'd like to give my blessings to Sean Taylor's family. When I got that news, it really hurt. I loved that dude, just because of how aggressive he was and how he didn't back down from anyone. Whether he was wrong with anything in the past, it doesn't matter. It's just such a tragedy. I don't buy NFL jerseys, but I'll probably go buy his.

Nothing but class. This kid is mature beyond his years.

I hope that Terelle knows that tOSU offense with Troy was great because he could run the ball, not because he did run it.

In most of the comments I've read from TP it seems he understands that tOSU is the place to come if he wants to develop as a QB. It might be easier just to go to WVU and keep running with a little passing thrown in, but he could be an absolute STUD with our talent at the skill positions (not to mention the line) and our staffs ability to get the most out of our QBs.

These folks just need to keep asking where Pat White will be playing in the NFL. He has wasted three years at WV because at his size nothing he has done will transfer to the next level.

Is Pryor a different story at a different size? Yes. But after four years at WV he would still have to learn pretty much from scratch how to run an NFL offense.

I don't know what kind of promises Rodriquez might be willing to make, but thanks to Troy JT simply needs to show him the film.

Does anyone know if Pryor's game will be on TV this weekend? I checked my guide but it wouldn't say which teams were playing.

Edit: Just read an article from the previous page, said Jeanette's game is at 1 pm Saturday.

Life is good for Class AA powerhouse Jeannette on the gridiron.

On the hardwood? Not so much.

The Jayhawks are right in the middle of an expected Class AA football run, led by the No. 1 recruit in the country, quarterback Terrelle Pryor.
Just last week he the team ripped through the WPIAL championships, and it?s likely the football season could be prolonged to the PIAA title game Dec. 15.

What that means is Jim Nesser, Jayhawks head basketball coach, could be without a squad for the first three weeks of the season.

If he gives his team a week off post-football like he wants to, it could be Christmas before Jeanette even plays a game.

?MY wife?s not used to having me around so much at this time of year,? Nesser told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette earlier this week. ?I?m starting to drive her nuts.?

Pryor is also ranked among the top 50 players nationwide in basketball and averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds a season ago.

A day after losing the Class AA football title last season, the Jayhawks flew to Florida for a tournament.

?I think if we?re healthy, we can be a special team,? Nesser told the paper.
