Buckeye Nut "This kid reminds me a lot of Chris Gamble. Extremely skilled on both sides of the ball."
LilJake351 "First thing I thought when I was watching today! Who knows if he will play both ways but we will see what happens. What is scary good is that like Gamble, he is probably better on Defense than he is on Offense. Brown is going to be the next great CB at tOSU. No doubt in my mind. ![]() |

The kid has worked hard and deserves the recognition.
And there aren't many 6ft 1 CBs around. ![]() |

Hopefully he can say "Both." I really think Corey is a legit two way player and I would like to see it get tried out.

He certainly plays both sides of the ball very well; however, our depth at WR is ridiculous while our depth at CB is questionable. He is needed more at CB than at WR.
In my personal opinion Brown's skills at CB are better than his skills at WR (although he is great there too!). He epitomizes the term "lock down corner". His ball skills are just sick. He has great hips and sticks to wrs like glue. Also, often when you see "lock down corners", they arn't always the type of CB that gets a lot of int's. Brown is a different type of player, like Gamble, he is a WR playing CB, so he has great hands. He will get more than his fair share of picks while in S&G. He will be a great corner.....or, who knows, maybe a free safety. Whatever the case, Brown is an absolute ball hawk and is gonna be exciting to watch. |

CBs who are over 6ft and have great ball skills are rare!
