Strength Of Schedule
What is the equation that factors Strength Of Schedule. Is it just combined wins and losses of all the teams you play?

Well the advanced systems, like the ones that the computers that factor in the BCS, are much more sophisticated.. It would take into account the W-L of your opponents, and their W-L's, and those opponent's W-L's, etc, so that you know how valuable each win/loss really is.

There are many different strength of schedule calculations. The one the BCS used to use is this:
SOS= (2/3)(OpWins/(OpWins+OpLosses))+(1/3)(OpOpWins/(OpOpWins+OpOpLosses)) Op= Opponents OpOp= Opponents' opponents |
