Refute. Bolman has decided to go with the Wing T formation next season. I know, I know, the man's a genius.

Why do you doubt that he'll be a contributor? I think he's got all the tools and he's shown flashes in very limited duty and in spring games. I think he'll have a huge 2009.

Because Thomas got much more PT than Washington, and Thomas was a freshman. I hope I'm wrong though.

They don't play the same position. I'd expect Washington, who was playing behind Robiskie and Hartline, to get more snaps this fall.

It sounds like I've been missing some of the fireworks. Stars now, next it'll be who has the better 40 times. I love the off season.

Garbage split.
Pathetic is about the only word that comes to mind. I understand it is the off-season, but we don't change rules after the season. Clean it up. |

It's imperative that the big 3(Sanz,Posey and Small) stay healthy most of the season. Giving time for the young pups to come along. Losing 2 of the big 3 from injuries would hurt this young offense tremendously.

From what I have seen, everyone believes that Posey will be one of our main targets. Understandable.
On Stoneburner, I realy hope we could use him in a Kellen Winslow style TE. Your talk about matchup problems for a defense!!! With his speed and size he could create havoc all over the field and be the safety valve for Pryor. I really want to see Ray Small be the player he has the potential of being. His speed is up there with everyone else we have. Sazenbacher, while you admire hs courage of going over the middle with no regard to himself, he needs to avoid some of those hits. He is a very good route runner, seems to find the open spot, and has been a great safety valve. Washington could step into his own this year. He has the tools. Can't wait to see what he does with them. Flash Thomas has the speed to burn anyone, I woud like to see more of him though. I really hope he blossoms into a great kick returner/punt return guy. The potential is there, some of it already in place. Carter is going to be good when he gets here I think. Can't wait to see this especially if/when Pryor starts letting go. ![]() |

the thing about posey is that he's got all the tangibles (size, speed, hands) that people want to see out of their primary WR, so like you said, it's understandable that people think he's going to be pryor's primary target. but more than that, based on what i saw last year, i think pryor and posey have that QB/WR mind meld thing going on that everyone likes to see. posey didn't have a lot of receptions, but both him and pryor seemed to be really in synch when they hooked up
