Apparently USC had 36 "starters" last year because again according to USC posters on your forums 8 "starters" are back on defense.          |

Usc has no lost no starters on the OL so wouldn't saying how long it took OSU to get a sack last year be relevant went essentialy the same units are facing each other again?
USC has 8 previous starters who are expected to start this year, if you were to compare starters returning from the rose bowl, USC returns 4 starters, 1 DL and 3 DB's. Bucknuts is no different than any other fansite no? has its good and bad. |

So until Barkley steps out on the field and proves something in a game, OSU fans have the right to be confident. |

Has this SC fan ever heard the names Tebow, Bradford, Snead, Pryor, McCoy, Robinson from Okie State, Griffin at Baylor or any number of other QB's that would start right now ahead of him. O'Dowd hurt, well OL is our deepest position. Now that he's says he's "back" you do not consider he may be limited by this injury. Armstead is out, no problem we just plug in someone just as good in. Listen, Barkley may win three Heisman before hes done at SC and you may win at the Shoe. But if you don't see why I feel better about our chances with him starting now as opposed to a healthy Corp (better mobility, some limited D1 experience, 3 seasons of spring ball and years in the system vs 1) I can't help you. The 12 year olds (emotionally and mentally as well as in chronological age) in any fan base will beat their chest and say we're better. The question is do you want to be one of them. jwinslow, I have missed your piercing witty posts. It's been too long an off-season!
 I hope the game brings us some quality classy USC fan posters, not a deluge of trolls. Oh, and I hope and pray we give USC the same treatment we gave the Skunks from Up North last November.  |

Buckeye fans are usually always confident. There usually isn't a time when we don't think we have enough talent to win any game. With that being said this team has been borderline cursed in the big games lately. Buckeye fans know it's going to end soon it has to. USC has a true freshman coming into the 'shoe I don't know the stats but I'm sure the record for true freshman QB's in the 'shoe isn't pretty. I wouldn't say we believe the game is going to be easy or that we are going to win. The Buckeyes showed everyone something in the Fiesta Bowl, while we didn't win that game we could of and probably should have beaten a team that had a pretty good claim to be in the national championship. I think Ohio State fans including myself are excited at the fact at kicking the [censored] out of USC espicially after last year. I can't wait let me say it again for emphasis I can't wait until USC comes to the 'shoe and see's some real Big 10 football.  |
