HERSHEY, Pa. - The Big 33 field is set and the roster includes most of the area's premier players.

Ohio's roster is highlighted by five local Ohio State recruits: Marcus Hall and Jonathan Newsome of Glenville, Melvin Fellows of Garfield Heights, Adam Bellamy of Aurora and Chris Fields of Harvey.

Other local participants are Michael Edwards (Glenville/Tennessee);Chris Snook (Highland/West Virginia); Nate Freese (Strongsville/Boston College); Patrick Nicely (Willoughby South/Akron); Tim Moore (Mentor/Bowling Green); Connor Ryan (St. Ignatius/Ball State); Brian Slack (Archbishop Hoban/Miami of Ohio); Perez Ashford (Shaker Heights/Northern Illinois); and Jeffvon Gill (Euclid/Buffalo).

Other Ohio State recruits are Corey Linsley of Youngstown Boardman and Sam Longo of Bellbrook.

The game, which pits recently-graduated Ohio and Pennsylvania seniors, will be played June 20 in Hershey, Pa. The Ohio coach is Ada's Mike Fell. No locals are among his assistant coaches.

Depends if Dorian Bell and Corey Brown play for PA, then they may be able to stay competitive.

Have all of those OHIO players listed, actually confirmed that they'll play? I can think of 4-6 kids on the PA roster that may or may not partake...I still think the PA team can take this, the WRs playing in this game for PA are huge with leaping ability - if the QBs get the ball in the vicinity then they'll catch it.

I mean, I know for Shrive, one of the deciding factors in deciding to decline was already having played in the US Army AA bowl against the best of the best (both Bell/Brown played in the US Army AA bowl as well)...so Shrive wasn't all that concerned that he'd be missing out on anything (plus the game is the 20th, West Scranton holds graduation the 18th in June). I'd be surprised if both Bell/Brown played, pleasantly surprised.

Game could get ugly for PA. I was never sold on Tom Savage, his production never matched his physical talent, but he at least had the big time physical skills of a pass first QB. Now it would appear that the two QBs for the PA team will be 5'11 175 PSU WR/ATH commit Curtis Drake, and ISU QB commit James Capello.

The annual Big 33 all-star game, which showcases Ohio vs. Pennsylvania high school football players, is scheduled for June 20 at 7 p.m. at Hersheypark Stadium.

Area players for the Ohio roster include: Hamilton's Denicos Allen (Michigan State) and Donovan Jarrett (Ball State); Elder's Josh Jones and Winton Woods' Chris Williams (UC).

The annual Ohio vs. Pennsylvania Big 33 game is this Saturday, June 20th.

Ohio State Buckeyes on the Ohio roster:

The lines for the Ohio squad look to be quite strong. QB play has a been a big problem for Ohio in recent years, hopefully they can find a way to get playmakers like Chris Fields the ball.

No Dorian Bell, Corey Brown or Jordan Hall for the Pennsylvania team unfortunately.

The game will be broadcast live on NFL Network at 7 p.m. EST and they'll be showing a replay at I believe 11 p.m. EST.

Patrick Nicely will be the starting QB for Ohio I believe. He should do just fine getting Fields the ball as they know each other very well through football/baseball. Harvey and Willoughby South are only 15-20mins away from one another.

Austin Boucher, the kid from Kettering Alter we tried to get in on real late last year, is Ohio's other QB so we look to be stronger than we have the past few years at that position. I remember a few years ago we had guys that were going to D-III schools or something and could barely even complete a pass. I think Ohio made a committment this year to put together a stronger overall roster than we've seen the past three or four years.

Basing my opinion on where the kids are going, I lik our ohio team, a lot of kids to major programs, there is like six or seven kids going to PSU or Pitt on the Penn Team, good luck to our ohio boys

In the trenches, Ohio is going to bitch slap Penn, not even close. I might be able to run or be a DB for Ohio.

Ohio has been getting "jobbed" in that game for years! They'll lose on an official's call.

Well then can't wait for the holding calls because Ohio's OL is far better. And it's in Hershey.
I see a lot of holding and roughing the passer against Ohio.

Keep in mind that in recent years because of what I assume is scheduling conflicts and rules...a lot of Ohio players haven't participated due to the Under Armor and US Army games. Just seems that this year these kids don't have anything else going on and are able to play.

Penn's team is going to have a college bound WR for PSU taking snaps because the kid going to Rutgers backed out.
