Mal Whitfield won the Sullivan in 1954, after winning Gold medals in the '48 and '52 Olympics in the 800m and and the 4x400 relay in '48. Davis won 3 golds in '56 and '60 and the '58 Sulivan Award.

Just got in by a hair.
Lou Groza led the NFL in field goals and FG% in 1950, the same year that his brother Alex led the NBA in FG%. Alex was the MOP of two NCAA champion teams at Kentucky ('48, '49) and the leading scorer on the gold-medal USA Olympic team in '48.
