Why did ABC replace Nessler with Musberger? I was under the impression that Ness was pretty popular, and Musberger was known as being a little over the top...

To be honest, I would prefer those AWFUL MAC announcers to Pam Ward. She just really kills me, can't stand listening to her.

I'm pretty glad Danielson went and whored himself to the SEC, now we just need Griese to do the same. Seriously, why have Griese in the boot with Spielman? As far as I know, Spielman has impressed. I particularly enjoy that he actually explains what FUNDAMENTALLY went wrong/right on a play. Not just "the LB made a great move there. Got past the lineman." He actually gives details on the right way for a play to develop, and Griese just sits there sounding bored. Honestly, Spielman is the only color commentator I enjoy.

They did explain the reason they made light of it. The fact that it wasn't the end of the year for Clemson. Clemson could easily win the ACC still. Go to a solid if not BCS bowl.
