He didn't and this has been known for a few weeks so that is not new information. But he is supposedly in class already. Sounds like OSU is just a little bit pregnant with Ray.

Partially correct...
Anyways, just talked to someone pretty close to the situation. Things between admissions and JT/Small are not too smooth right now, and from what I hear JT is quite upset over the whole matter. Things are still up in the air...and conversations on the matter are ongoing. |

I thought I would add (so that nobody thought Ray is all but done in terms of OSU) that I think Ray ends up a Buckeye in the end. Just a feeling, so lets keep our fingers crossed. |
