You have to take into account that most of these guys are running track. If they look slim now it is because they are...

BN just posted some video of him and all I can say is
WOW!!
Dare I say it he reminds of Reggie Bush.
His speed is crazy fast. Just watch him as he outruns all the defenders just like Teddy Ginn.

I would like to see his film?
Does he look like more of an offensive weapon ala Ted Ginn Jr. , or could he be the true lockdown Corner that we've been looking for?

Most of his film he was offense, but the plays when he was on defense it looked like he was at a safety position, playing about 8 yds. off the los and making some nice hit.
I don't know how to describe it but once he is moving(not quite the acceleration as Teddy he has great vision and is very quick in and out of his cuts. If there is a seam he gets through it.
Also did a nice job of running routes and catching the ball in traffic.
I think he is at the top of my list for skill players.

So do u think that he is worthy of a top 100 ranking, top 50 ranking, or dare I say 5* top 25 talent?

I would put him in a top100 ranking as I don't think these videos showed enough of his ability as a DB. He was a speed freak, but his small stature will probably hurt his rating. Also, when in full stride he seemed to make cuts and jukes effortlessly, but it seemed to take him a long time to change directions (ie run a sweep, slow down, turn around and run around the other way)... but he looked real dangerous on offense. I think TG Sr said he thought he'd be an offensive player in college.

Actually, I think Mr. Ginn said that Ray would be a CB becuase they are so hard to find nowadays.
