My point is that Ginn isn't done getting faster the kid is 18 years old. When Ginn puts on more muscle(not too much) he will get considerably faster. Your comparing athletes in their prime to a kid that hasn't reached his. I will still put Ginn in my top 3.

Darrell Green is easily my favorite speedster before 2004. The fact that he was still insanely fast late in his 30s was unbelievable. That's why I'd put him on my top-5 list of fastest players ever. Because not only did Deion admit he was faster (which is a lot considering that dims the neon intensity of Deion), but he kept doing it for two decades.

nobody is faster than Ginn on the field with pads, but it is conceivable that another buckeye like Gonzo or Fox could beat him on a track for 40 yds.

Yeah, football speed, nobody is faster. They also said that Ginn blows by everyone because his first few steps are as fast or faster than everyone's sprinting speed.
