Archie was on Cold Pizza this morning and he was asked if he gets 2 votes ...
He said "NO".
If anybody saw the show, please confirm. The friend that told me kept calling him Archie Manning, but I knew who he was talking about - but I don't have ESPN anymore to watch for myself.
They rerun the show, too.

I'm not.
I was supposed to meet a friend for lunch, but he called to cancel since his kid is sick.
He asked "Who is going to win the Heisman?"
I said "The projections are saying Leinhart"
We shot the [censored] for a few minutes and he told me that Archie voted for Jason White (but he called him Archie Manning) and he was on "that morning show on ESPN2" talking about it.
Then he (my friend) said "Did you know that he only gets 1 vote?" and I was still under the assumption that we were talking about Mr. Manning, so I said "Why not?" and he said "because he won 2 Heisman's".
Somebody on the show asked him if he gets to vote twice .... and the rest is in my previous post.
I cancelled expanded Cable to get rid of, among other things, ESPN -- only 1 OSU game (Purdue) was left on their family of channels and they were always showing the same stuff. That, and the baby and XBox are monopolizing the TV. |

ah. i was under the assumption that you dont watch cold pizza anymore....like you used to or something.
i cant believe they trick people into watching regis and kelly: the sports version. woody page is a fag. |

saw him on espnnews, said he only gets one, hears the question a lot, hes still lobbying for a second, had some great comments to when asked about other players allegations on the moc saga, something along the lines "well one source said they said something, then when asked by other sources these players said they didnt say that" then added "most of these players are no longer with the team" and "its hard to hold the instittuion and system liable for a kid if he is out soliciting"
