Well the Girtman situation isn't really anything new. Yes, he didn't make the trip, but this has been an on going deal for about a year now. Brad has his mind set on the way he wants to live his life, and Les Miles disagrees with that. Brad has experienced very little playing time as a result.

Good question. They are given a great opportunity and some of them just don't get it. Sadly enough, alot of times these are the ones that need to sieze the opportunity.
