Does anyone else think............
Does anyone else think Bucknuts the Magazine SUCKS. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse, but after seeing it on the stands at the Kroger's in Kettering, I have looked at it, and have not been impressed. All it is is a rehash of whatever has been posted on bucknuts for the past x-months. There is zero new analysis, insight, or information that could not be gained from the website. IMO, it is just another way to rip off the naive Buckeye fan.

When Bucknuts the Mag. first came out, it wasn't too bad. I have been collecting them since issue #1,figuring that they may be worth something someday for my 7yr. old.

Then something called GREED set in over at BNuts. Ohio High School Mag (or whatever it's called) came out, and almost all of the material in that magazine used to be in Bucknuts the Mag.. Needless to say, Bucknuts the Mag has gone downhill. Also needless to say, when my subscription to B the M runs out, it runs out.

Here too. I like some of the pictures but it's really not worth it. I don't even think I read the last one I got. I took it on vacation with me and never opened it.... not even sure I know where it is.

I liked the national championship issue from last year. That is the only issue that I have read. I think it is worthless for me to get it when I already have BSB.

I think it is actually getting better... the older ones were very thin, and only had a few articles... the new ones are twice the size, and have articles for several folks... I'm actually happy with it (granted it is free with the premium site... I don't think I would buy it on the news stands though)...

Well, I took Steve's advise and just switched from monthly to yearly to get the Bucknuts magazine.

I happen to like it, even more so now that Steve is over there. It seems like as soon as he came on board it doubled in size. The past three issues have been very good IMO. There's quite a bit of info that you don't find on the website.
