Just wanted to let everyone know some good news about Denlinger. I talked to his dad the other day and he said he was going to be a Buckeye. My sister also goes to school with him and he told her that he was going to sign with OSU. Looks like a done deal. This is a great pickup for the Bucks, I played with him when I was a senior and he was a freshman, he is a great guy and will make a great leader.

Per the latest Rivals update by Bill Kurelic, Denlinger expects to make a decision soon, most likely early in June. Not a shocker that it looks promising for the good guys.

Cordle definitely is worthy of top-100 status...

...and Denlinger might be, too. I just watched his tape (in which he plays exclusively as an MLB), and a few things are evident: he doesn't look or play like a 265-pounder (his weight at the time, although he moved around like a guy in the 240 range); he has good football instincts, and great speed for his size. Based on athletic ability alone, he is a good prospect, and worthy of an offer. It will be interesting to see how he adjusts to DT this fall, by which time he will likely be a Buckeye commitment.
