Hope he gets FULLY well soon. Not only for the team's sake, but his. I've been high on him since watching him dominate in the Army AA game as a senior. If he can return to that form, I don't care what position he plays. Let the coaches figure that out.

There were reports of him having a "nagging" injury for quite a few weeks during the season.
This would explain why he didn't produce as much as some had hoped.

This is starting to feel a lot like a Kenny Peterson situation. A major talent coming in as a DE, grew a little too big for a DE and lost a little speed. Both had injuries early in their career that held back their contributions. Hopefully Robert can be a force for us in the middle this year, at least adding valuable depth.

How does Rose miss out on the 2-deep? He was a monster as a true freshman, but I guess dealt with injuries last season. Why isn't he making up more ground though this spring and off-season?

Another very highly recruited but so far under achieving Glenville star (see Darius Hiley, Ray Small and Jamario O'Neal). Hopefully he can get it together. |
