Anyone going to this game? I'll be there with some Badger fans a a whole bunch of Buckeye fans!! Camp Randall is usually a good time but I can't imagine some of these Badger fans after a whole day of tailgating.

I read somewhere recently that the reason for playing back to backs in Camp Randall is to make up for a back to back in the Shoe' sometime in the last 10 years or so.
That was going to be a tough game to begin with, but especially tough now that it's a night game. At least we have an extra week to prepare (and get healthy) for the game. I think Wisky has a hard game the week before us, too.( @ Penn State)

Football: The Ohio State at Wisconsin football game, Oct. 11 in Madison, will be nationally televised by ESPN and will kick off at 9:08 p.m. EDT. The late start gives the Buckeyes two night games this season. Previously, ABC announced an 8:07 p.m. EDT kickoff for the Aug. 30 season opener between Ohio State and Washington in Columbus. The Buckeyes will be traveling to Madison for the second consecutive year. This year's game with the Badgers will be the Buckeyes' first road game of 2003 and follows a bye week. Ohio State opens the season with five consecutive home games and then is off Oct. 4 before heading to Madison.

Unfortunately for me here in DC, the 30 AUG 2000 hrs game on ESPN will be the N.Carolina v Free Shoes U game. Looks like it's off to the sports bar.
Armed Forces TV will carry the OSU/WASH game live for the troops though on the primary channel, then the FSU/NC game tape delayed.
