A few people are now saying he's a bit of a scUM lean. They brought in 6 OL this year compared to 2 for OSU. I hope that helps the depth chart for OSU. I also hope his dad plays a big role.
As far as position, I've heard OT and only OT. Of course he could move inside if you needed him to, but he's got the feet to play OT, and more importantly even LT. Man, we need some parents really pulling for us. Smith and Wells at least have dads majorly in our corner with the kids not as much. |

Connor is one going to be one of the top 3 OL and top 10 player in the state next year. He is currently 6-6 300 lbs. He was offered by OSU on Wednesday by Coach Tressel. Connor hints that it will probably be an OSU/UM battle for his services. He is attending the junior day this weekend and will not be commiting any time soon. |

This kid sounds great and him and Boone will anchor our line for the next few years if he signs.
I'm hoping that with his dad being a former Buckeye, he can influence his son a little and get him to put on the scarlet and gray |

for those of you interested, bucknuts.com has just put up a link of some game video of Connor from the 2004 D1 title game...the video is from ONN and is of good quality...check it out if you subscribe to that site...I am willing to bet if you have not seen him play before you will salivate.
Go Bucks. |

Excellent feet and agility for a big man. He buried Antwon Hight...
I'm very impressed. |

Now...add to that nastiness this little tidbit...
Connor's dad was an Academic All-American at OSU...his son is a good student and will qualify with flying colors... I have waited a long time for a Colerain player to go to Columbus and make an impact...and I was sure Jefferson Kelly would do it. But injuries and a less then killer instinct did him in...But Connor is the goods...and I think he will be a Buckeye...gut feeling tells me so.. |

Make no pretenses about it...scUM will be in the running all the way to the finish line...but I think when it is all said and done he will be a Buckeye. I wish I could elaborate, but I know some Colerain fans read this board and I don't want to 'out' myself by giving out too much info. ![]() |

Smith's Dad played for OSU and he is a Michigan lean. Boren's Dad played for Michigan and he is an OSU lean. If these kids draw out the decision it will make for a fascinating battle. |

He drove Antwon Hight 15 yards off the ball and he has a nasty streak. Its exactly what you love to see in a recruit. |

I want to believe that guy knows what he's talking about, but I'm pretty skeptical of guys who go on BN and do what they did - namely post the same "inside info" over and over and over...
I don't think this kid was the first junior offered either. Ever hear of a guy named Chris Wells? |
