fyi - MSU just removed their season ticket restriction and you can now buy them on their website ($70 face):

Thank you, thank you, and thank you. I just bought ND and OSU tickets. I already had tickets for those games, but now I can bring a few more friends. I'm OSU alumn and a big fan, but I live in the area. Once again, thank you.

Man, ticket demand must suck......because they are still selling tickets. I just clicked and could have bought a pair of 4.

I don't think many know about it. There are probably about 5k left for the game. I have been to Spartan Stadium and not a bad seat in the house. The upper deck is pretty nice, and only goes to the endzone line. The top of their stadium is about the beginning of C deck at OSU.

Thanks for the info! I just got (4). Previously MSU required purchase of season tickets to get the OSU game.

I agree.....but I'm willing to bet that the $70 face value is turning some off. There will be a lot of Buckeye fans in the stadium that day, because our fan base is much more rabid.......and MSU will be in the process of their midseason decline.

Ticket charge is no different than if you were buying from ticketmaster, tickets.com or any other outlet. Especially if you are having them mailed, it really cancels out.

We are planning on it...gotta check the funds situation, we just signed a lease on a new apt, so gotta fugure out how soon that is due.

I don't think it would be that much if cheaper at all...but there are no tickets together left on the MSU site anymore.
