I agree-that is a smart sales pitch-disadvantages of brand/school x vs. your product/school-if they are legitimate concerns. That said, depth charts and legitimate sanction/coaching concerns are not sleazy recruiting.
Bringing up "other" issues-whatever they might be, and outright lying cross the line into sleazeville.

Ya, I've got too much time on my hands.

Which statistical test did you use? If you test the average number of violations by team (.64 vs. .91) and use uneven samples sizes (11 vs 12), by my count there is no significant difference (p > .50).
The significance is .11 (still not below .05) if you test proportions, but this isn't a proportion and the sample sizes are not the same.
Did I miss something?

I didn't do any calculations myself, but by a rough glance, it would seem pretty obvious that the sample size is too small for a difference of 4 to be significant.

EVERY program in America breaks rules...it is the extent to which those rules are broken and whether it is intention or an oversight that separates this discussion. However, any comparing of programs over minor issues, mistakes, or oversights is 100% stone/glass house conversation.
Recruiting rules are stretched to the absolute limit...
