I was hoping someone would realize this was the reason I posted this...the "Urban Legend" got a free pass this fall as the obvious failure of his system was overlooked due to the unfamiliarity of the players. However, many analysts were correct in their assertion that the SEC is too fast for Meyer's Spread Option package. Now he is getting the horses he needs and there will not be any excuses this fall...this is a make or break year for the "Urban Legend."

That is an understatement. With a senior quarterback in Chris Leak and a wealth of wide receivers, although young. Meyer better get it done. I have my doubts.
I will say though that Tim Tebow is the perfect fit for his system.

"Whatever happens, happens," Harvin said. "But Florida is a wide receiver's dream."

You have to love that coming from arguably the #1 player in the country.
Florida will always recruit WR/QB as good as any team in the country.

No, I said arguably. Wells is a fine prospect as well and he is part of the reason I said arguably. Although in my own opinion Andre Smith is the best player in the country. There is no clear-cut #1 though and there rarely is.

it would be hard for me to say anyone on that East line from the AA game is the #1 player in the country...

The East line was very good. There was that one guy (Boren maybe?) who got beat like a freakin drum by McCoy, but for the most part it was very good. Of course they rotate in and out every other series.
Andre Smith is a dominant player.
