I LOVED rubbing that in their faces. They thought they were all big and bad......turns out nebraska just sucked big time.

That was 2002, when they went 9-4 for the season (they beat Nebraska 40-7 at Happy Valley, and also had blowout wins against LA Tech, Northwestern, Virginia, Indiana, and Michigan State). Their four losses that year were:
42-35 to Iowa (conference co-champ)
27-24 at Michigan
13-7 at The Shoe (national champs)
13-9 to Auburn in the Capital One Bowl
Not too bad after going 5-7 and 5-6 the previous two seasons. Everyone had a reason to think they were back after that year...

I was more saying after that game... yeah they weren't bad... my point was that usually, whipping Nebraska that badly historically equates to a better than 4 loss season... that particular time... obviously... it didn't.

Naahh, they have like 5 incoming HS All-Americans who are all faster than Ted Ginn. What do they have to fear from us?

They will play over their head! And just on pride alone they will defend their home field. And add national tv and a night game!
