He's better than Ismail, if nothing else.

Not that I expect you guys care much what I think of Howard.

Desmond's still a little uneasy in front of the camera but he's getting better.

I have no problem with him saying that about OSU, he gave a reason. The reason he gave was, the best defense in the nation doesn't allow a team to drive the entire length of the field in the 4th quarter in their home stadium and give up a score.

I think that's a pretty accurate analysis in my opinion.

Part of getting ratings is getting people who give differeing opinions to stir up controversy.

You guys need to take off the scarlet colored glasses and quit getting [censored]ed every time an analyst doesn't fawn over tOSU on TV.

BTW, where the hell has Robert Smith been? I thought they said on Channel 6 here in C-Bus that he would be joining their college football coverage.

And to what score was he referring?

The Texas drive in the 4th where Young hit Sweed for the game winning TD. I hope I got the dude's name right. I've done my best to block that game from my memory.

I was similarly puzzled by that. I have read many articles on this game, and I haven't heard any of them quote Youbouty as saying anything near that. Maybe Fowler knows something we don't, but it seems as if Youbouty actually made such an audacious statement, it would have made headlines before this morning.

What Bucknutty said is correct.

He was referring to the Texas game. Sorry for not clarifying that.

Exactly how many teams have held a team the caliber of Texas to the point where their drives in the 4th quarter even matter? Against most other defenses, Texas is already up at least three to five scores by the 4th.
