No way. Firstly, Teddy will not be returning punts anymore if the Bucks are up by 28. Secondly, I would bet vCash that any special teams TDs in this game come by way of blocked punts, not by returns. BGSU's punter can't kick the ball 35 yards. The Falcons use that gimmick punt protection shield with wide splits and short a man at the line, but with 3 back protectors that allows defenses to get a 10 yard headstart sprinting untouched and downhill, getting in close on the punter. Also, BGSU has run A LOT of fakes this year. Ginn won't field the ball deep enough to set up a return, and he won't have any blocking help since the D will either be playing "Punt Safe" to cover all the BGSU gadget plays on 4th down or pinning their ears back for "Punt Block."
I think the only way Ginn returns a punt for a TD in this one is if the punter rugby kicks a line drive that Ginn can field while already running forward, like the one in the '04 Michigan State game. Otherwise, expect a lot of shanks, squibs, and fair catches.
BGSU simply doesn't play a special teams style conducive to setting up the punt return, and the punter won't make the mistake of outkicking his coverage, since he can't kick that far to begin with.
