They kind of did -- 2006 teams aren't in it.

and I am SO glad that the '06 Bucks were left off.

It's also kinda cool to see that they chose the Cotton and not the Fiesta as the "fourth" bowl in their playoff. Definitely a tip of the cap to the old days when the Cotton was one of the four major bowls.
