Michigan should have zero trouble getting one or two top option style QBs to come in.
But, Michigan's biggest need has been good defensive backs. And a great secondary coach.

Actually, it's a strength and conditioning program. But, a good DB would be a nice start. Cissosko is pretty good. Not that he'll revive the Michigan secondary all by himself, but he's a decent start.

I would say they need
1a)modern and mandatory S&C program
1b)decent coaching of the fundamentals especially in the secondary
2) talent upgrade in the back 7
3) more physical toughness
