| Haven't you heard? They got rid of that fat, lazy, no good Boren kid so now their OL is going to be great. |

Hey HTM ya know who else had a great S&C coach Eight Belles.
We look forward to putting scUM down "on the track" in November.
EDIT: I've been waiting to pull that little gem out for hours. I have no life.

Are you sure that wasn't a Notre Dame fan circa one year ago?

Didn't want to pollute JJ's thread but you knew the rationalizations were coming (RR didn't want him!)

RE: James Jackson
i am shocked. this is the perfect system for him, and he is very familiar with the school already. the only explanation would be that the coaching staff did not want him as much as we thought.

Of course. That must be it.

He was another player who liked the old coaching staff, but didn't warm up to RR as much.. It's not a matter of us not wanting him.. He himself said he would have committed to Michigan already if Lloyd Carr was the head coach right now.. But oh well, that's the price you pay when you change coaches.. The other 5-10+ offers we have to RB/Slot combos can be used to fill this slot, but it is a definite disappointment to lose him.
