Brutus we know you meant 8 on offense and 4 on defense.
To further scrutinize and emphasize your point, it is not as if RR has neglected to offer scholies for the defensive side. According to Scout site he has issued 29 scholarship offers to defensive recruits but with mixed results. Of those 29 defensive offers:
Four verbals, LB, 2 S, DT.
Five other DT offers, 2 verbaled elsewhere,
lead for none.
Three DE offers, 1 verbal elsewhere (Fellows),
lead for none.
Two other LB offers, 1 verbal elsewhere,
lead for none.
Eight other S offers, 2 verbal elsewhere,
lead for none.
Seven CB offers, 1 verbal elsewhere (Corey Brown),
lead for none.
If I cared about the future of TSUN, I would be very concerned about the low level effectiveness of the defensive recruiting.
