Regardless the eventual outcome of his legal situation, I think we're all in agreement, now with verifiable proof, that Kevin Grady blows, a lot.

of course, his BAC was so high that the prosecutor may not yield to a plea without high test penalties attached.

We've all seen the mug shot, if not just google Kevin Grady Mug Shot... anyways, any lawyer who can get him out of charges with that picture alone is a genius. Hell I got drunk just looking at the picture

There is absolutely no reason for Michigan to lose more than three games. Rich isn't starting from scratch with anything. He's just installing a new offense, and it's already been changed to fit the abilities of the players that are there right now.
I just think it's hilarious that people are going "Haha, Michigan will suck because they don't have a running QB." WTF? This team could have had an explosive offense this year with Ryan I'm a statue Mallett at QB. RichRod doesn't run the spread option unless he has the personnel. His specialty is the spread in general, and when he makes changes to it, everyone else follows two years later, you can ask any head coach in football about that. RichRod is the best there is, and the offense Michigan runs this year will fit to their abilities, and there is no starting from scratch or going .500. I'll be shocked if they lose more than three games.

Haha, this post made me laugh.
1. You can't be more right. At an arraignment, they're only bringing the charges and setting a trial date. It's already being continued to a later date.
2. I agree. However in some states if it's over a certain limit they take blood to ensure the accurate of the FST.
3. Yep. This is a smart guy, probably someone who's either a lawyet or been through the gamut before.
Anyway, I hadn't seen the mugshot, so I googled it. Amazing. I also found this on MGOBLOG or whatever the [censored] those sissies call it:
"Why? DUI. Obviously not a stellar moment in Grady's life but his first misstep; likely a short suspension and then a return to normal service. "Normal service" in this case has been three yards followed by a fumble, but hey, you recover those fumbles and it's second and seven and if you're USC that's time to play the V song."
Actually not bad.

Quarterback Kevin Newsome, from Western Branch High in Chesapeake, was not at the camp. He has committed to Michigan but might be wavering. Newsome's younger brother, Keevon, a rising junior defensive end, did attend.
