You know, I'm not a big fan of this thread title. Labeling him a traitor seems to imply that we're still upset he went to Michigan. Would you really want him to be a Buckeye? No flipping way!!! I don't consider Crable a traitor. I consider him a bad tackler. I consider him a whiny bitch. And worst of all, I consider him a Wolverine. But not a traitor.

Ohio kid(Massilon even) that had an OSU offer and chose to go to tsun. Thats a [censored]ing traitor. Its that slimy ass traitor gene in a few select scumbags that have built their entire modern program actually. |

I know where the "traitor" title is coming from, but I just don't agree with it. Like I said, it seems to imply that we wish he was a Buckeye. I, for one, am very happy he is not.
Just my 2 cents. |

Traitors usually don't like the country/state they are committing treason. [censored]ing Burgess is the epitome of treason against the Buckeye nation. I hope Beanie [censored]ing trucks his punk bitch ass...

After some of his antics, I would not want Satan back in heaven, but that doesn't change his status as a traitor
![]() edit: that was a comparison (for the word definition), not a nickname. Crable is not nearly creative enough for that label. |

I still don't understand why we get so bent on this. After all, there's a ton of "traitors" who will be wearing S&G tomorrow!
Anderson Russell, Chimdi Chekwa, James Laurinaitis, and Cameron Heyward just to name a few. But then there's the ultimate traitors Taurian Washington and Vernon Gholston. (by the way, I don't know how to turn on the "hypocritcal font"...) |

Going OOS to a non rival isn't being a traitor. I don't consider kids who go to any other D1 school over OSU a traitor. I consider Ohio kids who go to tsun when they had an offer to go to OSU a traitor piece of [censored]. As far as the kids from tsun that come here, well when people defected from the Soviet Union they were being traitors, they were seeking freedom and protection from an evil empire. Same deal with Krenzel, Gohlston, Washington and Mr Pepper Johnson back in the day. Fleeing evil for good is smart, it isn't being a traitor. |

I know I'm in the minority here, and that's fine. I guess I just don't feel any animosity unless I still wish the player chose Ohio State (kind of like how I felt with Kijana Carter back in the 90s). I'm glad Crable chose Michigan, therefore, I don't consider him a "traitor piece of [censored]". I just consider him a regular piece of [censored]. |

I agree with Yertle. I'm glad he's not a Buckeye- but then again, if he were a Buckeye would he be such a lousy tackler? There was a reason we offered him, right? Perhaps we should change it from "official traitor" to something a little more appropriate.....how about "official symbol of why NOT to choose scUM when you get an offer from tOSU"?

I don't. I guess that's my point. If Ohio kids want to go north and lose their last two games of each season, then go right ahead. Good riddance. I'd take Krenzel, Gholston, and Taurian Washington over Burgess and Crable any day of the week.

Classic bonehead play by Crable. Michigan fans will probably praise his speed for even getting to Donovan. HA! Yeah, I'm definitely glad he's not a Buckeye.
