Coach's accountant: U-M should pay
Bla bla bla Michigan should pay the $4m bla bla bla. RR's accountant argues that Michigan should pay the money as an inducement to RR to lure him from WVU. Only problem is that RR approached Michigan, so there was no inducement necessary. RR wanted out and it's been proven that his agent initiated contact with Michigan.

This has probably been asked before. If tsun, form the outset, contemplated the possibility that it would eventually pay the $4,000.000.00, then is this whole lawsuit thing only for the benefit of saving UM some bucks? And doesn't that make UM complicit in playing the race card, manufacturing false defenses and generally encouraging RR to make up scenarios to justify his breach? I wonder if the alumni are paying attention to Martin's answers in this respect?
